This is a FAST, delicious and healthy breakfast.


  • 40g of Oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 100ml of milk (almond milk if you’re dairy-free)
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 20g of raisins
  • 20g of sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)


Mix the banana, milk, cinnamon, ginger and honey (if you are using it) until smooth in a blender, then mix it with all the ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer the mixture into a clean jar, add an air tight lid and store the jar in the fridge overnight (≤ 5°C). In the morning add on any toppings and enjoy!
