What more can you want for breakfast? This is an absolute winner combination. It contains good fats and nutrients which will keep you full for most of the morning.


  • 5x eggs
  • 4x bacon rashers
  • 1x avocado


Scramble your eggs.

Fry the bacon rashers up until desired texture is achieved.

Cut open the avocado, take the pip out and put half an avocado on each plate.
