Juice #1: The Rehydrater


  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 2 small granny smith apples
  • 1/2 lemon


In a single gear juicer, add all of the ingredients together and blitz! Add more or less of each ingredient to your own taste and enjoy!

Some facts about the ingredients:

This is a juice recipe that is perfect if you are feeling overheated or dehydrated throughout the day. Cucumber and celery are both alkalising and have a cooling effect on the body. Celery is also rich in soluble sodium (perfect for rehydration), as well as Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and C.
