A lot of people are trying really hard to change their eating lifestyle by cutting carbs out, increasing their fats, and cutting out refined sugars and preservatives. This month The Rolling Pin is going to be running a series where we talking about paleo, whole30 and banting.
This week specifically is dedicated to the PALEO lifestyle.
During the week we will be covering what the definition is of this diet and why more and more people are changing their lifestyles to eat this way.

Danielle Walker is the author and photographer of the New York Times bestselling cookbook Against All Grain. Diagnosed with a severe autoimmune disease at the age of 22, she has since removed grain and dairy from her diet, and started her blog to help others suffering from similar ailments continue to enjoy food.
Andrew and I have changed our eating lifestyle to paleo and obviously I am the one who reads these books and finds recipes, but this has been a lifesaver for us – some recipes I will never make because there are way too many ingredients needed, but there are many that are very doable, but why specifically Danielle’s book because lets be honest there are hundreds of paleo books out there. What pulled my heart string was her story about why she specifically needed to change the way that she ate, and drastically.
