200g Almond Flour
250g Coconut Sugar
200g Buckwheat Flour
200ml Almond Milk
200ml Maple Syrup
1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
Chocolate chips and/or Chopped Macadamia Nuts
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
Place the ground almonds, coconut sugar, buckwheat flour, and bicarbonate of soda into a mixing bowl and mix well, ensuring there are no lumps.
Add in the almond milk, maple syrup and chopped nuts and chocolate (optional) and mix well until a smooth batter forms.
Pour the batter into a lined baking tray and cook for 35-40 minutes until cooked through but still a little fudgy (just how brownies should be!).
Remove the blondies from the oven and leave to cool before cutting into equal squares.
