This is a beautiful dessert or snack. it is so fresh, quick to make and really healthy.

Ingredients

  • ½ medium mango, peeled
  • 300g low-fat plain yoghurt
  • 3 passionfruit, halved

Method

  1. Place the mango in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place the yoghurt and mango in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. To serve, pour the mango mousse into a glass and top with passionfruit. Enjoy!
